Avondale House, a private, non-profit agency serving children and young adults with autism is currently searching for trainers/direct support staff to insure the smooth operations of our day habilitation program for young adults, through implementation of each participant’s individual program plan. We provide year round services, so we have full time, 12-month positions available. Experience impacts salary. A high school diploma, CPR certification, and a clear background and drug check are required. Two years of college is preferred. We offer excellent benefits including life, health, and a 401 K plan. We moved into a new facility in January 08 and are looking for individuals that are interested in growing with us.
