Supervisor: IR Manager
Classification: Regular/Exempt/Full-time
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Interfaith Relations Manager in the design, implementation and management of IR programs, activities and congregational engagement as it relates to interfaith relations activities.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Coordinate and assist in the development of interfaith dialogue programs, especially the management and growth of the Amazing Faiths Project.
2.Manage IR programs and activities.
3.In cooperation with the IR Manager, participate in the identification and solicitation of resources to fund the department and organization.
4.Develop and submit reports as required.
5.Attend community events as needed.
6.Maintain and update Congregational database.
7.Perform other duties, within all areas of the department, as assigned by supervisor.

Skills: |
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Social Work, Sociology or related field preferred.
2.Two to three years working in a nonprofit environment, interfaith or inter-religious preferred.
3.Awareness and knowledge of interfaith congregational relations.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office. Website management and graphic design highly desired.
6.Proficient in constant contact preferred.
7.Event planning experience.
8.Experience working with Youth, ages 13- 18.
9.Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to interact well with all levels and work effectively in a team environment.
10.Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
