Our Building Services team has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Worker at our offices in Houston, TX! This individual will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of homes and buildings located in and around the Houston area. The individual that fills this position will also be responsble for carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and AC repair. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years experience in building services or the building maintenance field with AC trouble shooting and repair experience. This individual must also be able to lift approximately 50 pounds. Stooping, bending, and climbing are required. Candidates must be available to be "on call" for after hours emergency maintenance issues one week each month.
