Description: |
Family Services of Greater Houston is seeking a Master’s level School-based Counselor to work in two middle schools and one high school in the South District of Houston. The home-base office is our Houston/Heights office location.
This position is responsible for the provision of quality, comprehensive, and well-integrated direct behavioral healthcare services for youth and their families in a school and/or community based counseling program. This position reports to the Vice President of School-based Services.

Skills: |
•Master’s Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or related health or child development or human service discipline.
•School-based Counselors must have experience in mental health counseling with children, adolescents and families.
•Must have 2 years experience in mental health services.
•Family Counselor/Social Worker preferred.
