Must have at least 5 years experience working with parents and children in pre-k through 2nd grade; as well as the ability to speak in front of large groups. The associate is responsible for assisting the educator and manager in the every day operation of the Parent Stars Program. Must have presentation skills, organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, be able to follow through with planning and facilitating the Parent Stars program, work early mornings, evenings and week-ends, provide own transportation, have a valid TDL and evidence of insurability. A Child Development Associate degree or Child Care Management is required. Must be able to speak Spanish/English fluently
