Responsibilities include ensuring the highest quality experience for all museum visitors in the following areas: logistics, safety, and service. Must have good situational leadership, record keeping, time management, organizational skills, systems thinking and customer service. Position directly supervises an Assistant Gallery Manager and 4 Floor Supervisors. Extensive visitor contact is required for this position. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends. Requires HS Diploma (prefer Bachelor’s degree), 1-2 years supervisory experience, and educational environment background. Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
