Description: |
SUMMARY
Enters and submits data from various source documents to provide information necessary to determine client profiles and prepare reports and documents.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Converts data from original documents into required format for electronic data processing.
2. Enters data through electronic keyboard with a high level of accuracy and moderate level of speed in order to record or verify a variety of complex information.
3. Submits meal orders and transportation requests to appropriate vendor.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES
1. Performs clerical and general office functions, including typing and preparing
and maintaining client files, and copying.
2. Develops advertisement flyers and other forms for programs.
3. Coordinates program activities with Division Managers.
4. Orders and maintains sufficient supplies for the office.

Skills: |
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to read, write and follow oral and basic written instructions, as is normally acquired through 12 years of formal education.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. Working knowledge of computer programs, including MicroSoft Word, MicroSoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
5. Must have good organizational skills and record keeping skills.
6. Strong attention to detail required
Note: Part-time work experience will be counted as half of full-time experience; for example, two (2) years of part-time experience will equal one (1) year of full-time experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is carried out in a controlled, agreeable environment as generally represented by normal office conditions.
CRIMINAL HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECK NOTIFICATION
All new hires will be required to undergo a pre-employment Criminal History Background Check. A pre-employment Drug Test and/or Alcohol test may also be required.
