Description: |
Responsible for the oversight and management of the Volunteer Services Department. Includes recruitment, scheduling, training, budgeting, metrics and evaluation of the department. Also includes producing special volunteer programs, creating and implementing a volunteer appreciation program, volunteer team leadership program and managing the volunteer database. Responsible for hiring, supervising, training one or more employees.

Skills: |
Education/Experience
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or equivalent training and experience in a related field of study is required with a minimum of 2 years related work experience. Work experience in a nonprofit environment a plus.
Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and experience in maintaining databases and metric reporting.
